• Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Insurance Coverage

Unless specifically booked by you and provided by us, it is your sole duty and responsibility to obtain sufficient insurance coverage for your Umrah travel. We do not accept responsibility for any claims arising out of such scenarios. Any insurance provided as part of the service by Al Mahad shall be subject to the terms and conditions and other policies of the relevant third-party insurance provider. Al Mahad is merely a facilitator in connecting you, the User/Customer), with the insurance provider/company of your choice or availability (as applicable). It is the User's responsibility to directly contact the insurance company for any disputes or claims. Al Mahad shall not be held liable in case of denial or partial acceptance of claims by the respective insurance provider/company.

Limited Liability of Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is explicitly a reseller in certain scenarios, facilitating connections between the User and Service Providers (such as insurance companies). Al Mahad's liability is limited in such cases to providing the User with a confirmation of service booking as selected by you. Any issues or concerns the User may face at the time of availing such services is solely the responsibility of the relevant Service Provider.

• Al Mahad has no liability with respect to all acts, errors, omissions, warranties, breach of terms, representations, negligence, and similar actions on part of any Service Provider.
• We do not guarantee the quality, reputation, or fitness of services represented by third-party Service Providers on our Website.
• We are not liable for the standard of services provided by respective Service Providers.
• We do not guarantee the availability of any and all services as listed by Service Providers.
• The User accepts that the ultimate contact of service is between them and the Service Provider. Al Mahad is a platform for availing these services, as selected by you.
• The User understands and accepts that information related to services by third parties on our Website is provided by them, and Al Mahad is not responsible for any errors, inadequacies, inaccuracies, and breach of applicable laws or rules.

Force Majeure

The User accepts that there can be exceptional circumstances wherein Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. and/or Service Providers may be prevented due to unforeseen events to honor the services booked. These reasons and events include but are not limited to insolvency, acts of God, a pandemic, labor unrest, business exigencies, an epidemic, terrorist activities, government decisions, technical issues, operational trouble, and various others that are beyond the control of Al Mahad and Service Providers.

If Al Mahad has any prior knowledge of such events or situations where we may be unable to honor booked services, we will do our best to provide suitable alternatives to the User and initiate a refund (as applicable) after deducting applicable service charges, provided we are supported and refunded by the respective Service Providers. However, we do not guarantee to make this happen, and we are not responsible for any Force Majeure events and circumstances. The User agrees to contact the respective Service Provider for resolutions and/or refunds under such circumstances.

Al Mahad is not responsible in the event of non-confirmation of a service booking due to technical reasons, such as internet glitches, network downtime, or disconnection with payment gateways and other third-party platforms, and any/all similar failures. Under no circumstance are we liable for any punitive, direct, indirect, special, incidental, and/or consequential damages and others like the loss of data and/or profits arising out of or in any other way connected with the use or performance of the Website and all related sales channels.

Right to Refusal of Service by Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd.

Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. retains the right to refuse service and/or accept a booking request at its sole discretion, without assigning any reasons (s) thereof. We will not provide any service or offer confirmed booking details till the complete consideration is received from the User. Al Mahad reserves the right to limit the User's activity in line with the terms and conditions herein and other applicable laws, in addition to various other recourse and remedies available to us.

Al Mahad may immediately suspend a User's registration and account, warn others of the User's actions, and/or refuse to permit the User with access to the Website if:

• The User is found to breach this Agreement and/or other policies on the Website.
• Al Mahad is concerned/believes that the actions of the User may breach applicable laws and/or infringe upon any third-party rights, or may otherwise result in liability for Al Mahad, associated parties, or the User themselves.
• Al Mahad is unable to authenticate or verify any/all information and data provided by the User.

Once Al Mahad suspends or terminates a User account, the User shall not attempt to register again with Al Mahad using aliases or other credentials and in any other manner whatsoever until the User is reinstated by us. Reinstatement of a User's suspended account/registration is possible only at the sole discretion of Al Mahad. The User agrees that if they breach this Agreement and any others on the Website, Al Mahad reserves the right to recover any and all due amounts to be paid by the User to us. We also retain the right to take any legal steps and action wherever applicable as and when deemed necessary.

Advertisers and Associate Links on Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. Website

The User understands and agrees that the Website may contain links to third-party websites. Al Mahad is not in control or ownership of third-party websites, and so cannot be held responsible for the contents displayed therein. If the User decides to access the third-party website, he/she will do so at their sole discretion, risk, and responsibility, and Al Mahad shall not assume responsibility for the same. The User agrees that Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any omissions, errors, factual inconsistencies, representations, and the like on any of the Website pages, links, or linked websites to the extent that such content is provided directly and/or updated by advertisers or Service Providers. Al Mahad does not guarantee to endorse linked websites or advertisers in any manner. The user agrees that he/she must verify the accuracy of all content and information provided by and on third-party websites and pages.

Copyrights to Content and Software on this Website

All content and software provided on this Website is the property of Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of any materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

All content and information provided through various channels, including but not limited to images, audio, text, icons, and similar Content (herein collectively called "Content") are registered and protected by Al Mahad under relevant and applicable intellectual property rights and laws.

Indemnification is also applicable in cases of non-performance or non-conformance of any covenant/Agreement by the User, your violation of the rights or laws of any third party entity, and your use/misuse of this Website. The User agrees that he/she will be solely liable and responsible for the breach of any district or country-specific rules, policies, and regulations and/or the general code of conduct, and Al Mahad cannot be held responsible or liable for the same.

Amendment to Terms of Use and Other Agreements and Policies

Al Mahad Tours and Travels Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to change, modify, delete, or renew the User Agreement and all its policies from time to time without any prior notice. Any and all changes to the User Agreement will be effective immediately. The responsibility rests solely on the User for regularly reviewing the terms of use and all Website policies, and being in agreement with the amendments.

Al Mahad understands that purchasing Umrah Visa, insurance, and other relevant services we provide requires a great deal of trust from the User. We comprehend this trust and take it very seriously, making it our top priority to ensure the confidentiality and security of the personal details and all other sensitive information you provide us for the same. We also have an agreeable refund and cancellation policy, aiming to provide only the best service to our customers. Please note that these Agreements are just as binding on the User as these terms and conditions.
